1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Operational AI System provided by Autm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the system.

2. Services Provided

Through our Operational AI System, we allow you to:

• Connect your accounts from third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft, Todoist, Trello, and others).

• Authorise our system to interact with those services on your behalf, using permissions granted through your connections.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights to connect and authorise access to these services.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

When you connect your third-party accounts:

• You grant us permission to access, retrieve, manage, and update data within those services, within the scope of the permissions you have approved.

• We will only act within the scopes you authorise and for the purposes of delivering the automations and workflows you set up or approve.

• You understand that by granting these permissions, our system may create, update, or delete content in your connected services.

We take the responsibility of acting on your behalf seriously and will process all actions securely and in line with applicable laws.

4. Data and Credentials

• We securely manage and store the necessary credentials to enable the automations you authorise.

• Your credentials are encrypted and used solely for connecting and executing authorised actions within your third-party accounts.

• We do not sell, share, or disclose your credentials or data to any unauthorised third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own connected accounts.

If you believe any unauthorised activity has occurred, you must notify us immediately at support@remote.online.

5. System Changes and Interruptions

We may update, improve, or modify the Operational AI System at any time.

We will take reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the Operational AI System or from actions taken via connected third-party services, unless caused by our proven negligence or wilful misconduct.

• You acknowledge that automations involve integration with external platforms, and we cannot guarantee the availability, security, or uptime of those external services.

  
  

7. Termination

You may disconnect your third-party accounts and stop using the system at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Operational AI System if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

We will notify you of any significant changes.

Continued use of the system after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
