Using Autm with your Zoom account

Effective date: 15th March 2026

Autm for Zoom Using Autm with your Zoom account

Autm connects to Zoom so your assistant can schedule meetings on your behalf, retrieve meeting details, and pull in transcripts after calls have ended. This page explains how to connect your Zoom account, how the integration works in practice, and how to remove it if you need to.

Adding the Zoom integration

  1. Log in to your Autm account at app.autm.ai.

  2. Navigate to Connections in the sidebar.

  3. Find Zoom in the list of available integrations and click Connect.

  4. You will be redirected to Zoom to authorise the connection. Log in to your Zoom account if prompted.

  5. Review the permissions Autm is requesting and click Allow.

  6. You will be redirected back to Autm. Zoom will now appear as a connected integration on your Connections page.

The connection uses OAuth 2.0. Autm never stores your Zoom password. Access is granted via a secure token that you can revoke at any time.

What Autm can do with your Zoom account

Once connected, your Autm assistant can:

  • Schedule and create Zoom meetings on your behalf

  • Retrieve details of upcoming or past meetings

  • Access meeting transcripts after calls have concluded, to support follow-up actions and task coordination

Autm does not join your meetings as a participant. It interacts with your Zoom account through the Zoom API only, using the permissions you authorised during setup.

Removing the Zoom integration

You can disconnect your Zoom account from Autm at any time:

  1. Go to Connections in your Autm sidebar.

  2. Find Zoom in your list of connected integrations.

  3. Click Disconnect.

  4. Your Zoom access token will be revoked and removed from Autm immediately.

You can also revoke Autm's access directly from your Zoom account:

  1. Log in to the Zoom App Marketplace at marketplace.zoom.us.

  2. Click your profile icon and select Manage.

  3. Find Autm in your installed apps and click Remove.

Either method fully removes Autm's access to your Zoom account.
